The Brigade Forgé Premium range: The art of modernity
The Brigade range is a modern reinvention of an iconic product: the forged knife, the symbol of French cuisine par excellence. Inspired by traditional table knives with their wide bolster and three rivets, Brigade represents a contemporary evolution of the Maestro model, combining heritage and innovation. This collection embodies a beautiful transformation of the codes of classic kitchen knives, offering a fluid and elegant design.
An innovative design
One of the defining features of the Brigade range is its soft, rounded silhouette, where the bolster is seamlessly integrated into the handle. This design choice favours more curved lines, creating a contemporary aesthetic while maintaining functionality. The carefully forged bolster is not only a sign of quality but also a guarantee of robustness. In this range, forging asserts itself as a guarantee of excellence, requiring particular attention during its manufacture, and thus justifying its slightly higher cost.
Technicality at the service of performance
Each knife in the Brigade range stands out for its high level of technicality. The junction between the blade and the handle is carefully polished to avoid any roughness, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable grip. The blade also features a distinctive counter-bevel, providing visual dynamics and additional elegance. The range adopts two stainless steel rivets instead of three, without compromising quality, while giving the product a modern and refined look.
High quality materials
The handle, made of POM (polyacetal), is designed to last. Resistant to water, cleaning agents, abrasion and shocks, it maintains its aesthetic appearance over time. The polishing of the metal and plastic surfaces gives each knife a soft and warm touch. In terms of performance, the Nitrox steel blade, rich in chromium (16%), offers excellent resistance to corrosion, as well as a high HRC hardness. Easy to resharpen, it guarantees an optimal cut, both for enthusiasts and for daily use.
A choice for connoisseurs
Brigade knives are the choice of connoisseurs, those who choose their kitchen tools with care and passion. Each product is designed to combine performance and aesthetics, making Brigade one of my favorite ranges. Whether for professional or personal use, Brigade is much more than just a knife; it is a kitchen companion that is part of a tradition of excellence, perfectly adapted to the demands of modern chefs.
