The Maestro range: a timeless symbol of French cutlery
The Maestro range perfectly embodies the heritage and expertise of French cutlery. A true icon of the professional kitchen knife, this model has been part of the collective imagination for generations. One might think that the Maestro has always existed, so much is it anchored in the culinary tradition, without it being possible to date it precisely. Its classic shape and robustness make it the tool of choice for chefs and cooking enthusiasts, embodying the excellence of French gastronomy.
Exceptional steel for optimal performance
The Maestro is distinguished by the use of high-quality steel, similar to that used in tactical and military fields. This steel offers remarkable resistance to corrosion and excellent hardness, while being easy to sharpen. Thanks to an innovative formulation where part of the carbon has been replaced by nitrogen, the blade retains its robustness while reducing the risk of corrosion, a considerable asset for intensive daily use.
Forged in tradition
The Maestro range is the result of an ancestral manufacturing process: forging. Each knife is forged from a single piece of metal, heated and then hammered to give it its final shape. This process, which is several thousand years old, guarantees exceptional solidity. The knife is then carefully worked, polished and sharpened by hand to obtain a high-precision product. The generous guard located at the front of the blade offers optimal protection against slipping, ensuring increased safety when cutting, even in the most demanding conditions.
A handle built to last
The handle of the Maestro knives is made of polyacetal, an ultra-resistant material (POM) that is resistant to detergents, humidity, grease and acids. This material ensures incomparable longevity and allows intensive use, including in professional environments. The three stainless steel rivets, which firmly hold the handle, further reinforce the solidity of the whole. This knife is designed to last for generations, allowing chefs and enlightened amateurs to pass on this exceptional tool to their descendants.
A complete range for every use
The Maestro range stands out for its variety of models, meeting every specific need in the kitchen. Unlike other, more restricted collections, Maestro offers a wide range of options, with more than a dozen products, each designed for a specific use. Whether for slicing, boning, filleting or carving, each knife is designed to excel at a specific task. This versatility makes the Maestro range a must-have for professional kitchens, while adapting perfectly to the needs of demanding amateurs.
